CUROGNAC（クロニャック）。福岡市在住の絵描き。
Instagramを主な発表の場とし、モチーフや形式に縛られない作品制作を行っている。

新聞紙を素材とした下地に生まれる偶然の凹凸に
アクリル絵具を重ねる独自の技法。
しわや、絵具のかすれといった制御しきれない要素は、
時間や感情の気配をやわらかく伝える。

寄り添いながらも踏み込みすぎない距離から捉える視線がもたらすのは
作品全体の静かな緊張とやさしさ。
鑑賞者それぞれの感覚や記憶が、いつのまにか入り込み、静かに響いてくる。

動物、なかでもネコを描く作品では、具体的な存在でありながら、
感情や記憶を投影するための「余白」や「余韻」としての役割を担ってきた。
抽象的な作品においても、一貫して扱われているのは、
言葉では表現しきれない気配や、感覚の痕跡。
作品は国内外で親しまれている。


CUROGNAC is an artist based in Fukuoka, Japan.
She works primarily through Instagram and creates artworks that are not confined to a single motif or form.

Using layered acrylic paint over newspaper, she embraces the accidental textures that emerge from wrinkles, cracks, and fading ink. These uncontrollable elements give rise to a distinctive surface, gently conveying traces of time and emotion.

A quiet, attentive distance runs throughout her work. Without intruding, her gaze remains close, bringing subtle tension and softness to the images. Viewers often find their own memories and sensations slipping into the work, resonating quietly.

In works depicting animals—especially cats—the figures function not only as subjects, but as spaces for projection, holding margin and afterimage for personal feelings and recollections. In abstract works without a clear motif, she continues to engage with fleeting presences and traces of perception that resist language.
Her work is appreciated by audiences both in Japan and abroad.
